This unisex pendant contains a genuine sample of our nearest celestial neighbor - the Moon! - NWA 11788 is a lunar meteorite that was recently recovered from a remote area of the Saharan Desert in Mali. It is a feldspathic breccia that is highly shocked. I acquired some small fragments from a dealer who sliced up a large piece of this meteorite and used them to make pendants. This pendant is a glass vial that contains a sample of "Moon Rock" (lunar meteorite). The pendant has a 2mm hole and is ready to hang on a necklace of your choice - chain not included. The metal bail is sterling silver plated.
